-What's your pick for the game of the year 2013, or your top 3-5?
Just going off the games listed in the first post that I have played either GTA V, Tomb Raider, or Papers, Please.
-What was your personal least favorite game or games of 2013? What was the most disappointing?
Poker Night 2 was disappointing mostly because it kept freezing on my PS3 for some reason. Remember Me was a huge disappointment. It could have a been an open world game in Neo-Paris. So much lost potential there.
-Which games (both bad and good) are you most likely to think back on in the future? Which stuck in your mind the longest? Which are you likely to replay?
I'm definitely going to remember Saints Row IV for how ridiculous it was, Tomb Raider for being badass, Papers, Please for being an indie darling, GTA V for a fantastic gaming experience in general.
-What game or games do you feel did not get the attention they deserved in 2013? On the other hand what games do you feel were overrated?
Bioshock Infinite was overrated. I played it and had some fun with it but 8/10 at best for that game. Also the new DMC was underrated. Once I actually got to play it I was surprised at how much fun I had.
-Which console do you feel had the best year in 2013? What do you think of the newly released consoles?
Felt pretty even all around. I don't have an opinion on the new consoles since I haven't played any but the PS4 for about 3 minutes.
-Which game was the most creative in 2013? What was the best new IP?
Remember Me may have been disappointing but damn if that wasn't a creative game. You literally fuck with people's dreams. That is great. Papers, Please was also creative, it took a simple idea and made it one of the most interesting games out there.
-Which publishers/developers stood out to you and for what reasons? (both good & bad)
Deep Silver stands out for the stuff they helped put out this year. They helped put out Metro: Last Light, Saints Row IV, and Dead Island: Riptide which were all received pretty well but then they published a little game called Ride to Hell: Retribution, which is up there with Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing.
-And lastly, what are your hopes for the future in gaming, and what is your opinion of 2014 so far?
The only game I have bought this year is the original Fable so my opinion so far is non-existent.
My hopes for the future are that Facebook let's the guys working on the Oculus Rift do what they want and what we want and not what Facebook wants them to do. Not a big concern but hoping Facebook does what I think they will and let them be can't hurt.
I would suggest sending TomFulp a PM and ask him and perhaps send him a demo of the game so he can see if it is up to snuff.
The only thing I saw was Zachary's beard. I tried to use the chat but the stream had me lagging so I could do nothing essentially. Disappointing compared to last year.
E.T. became a valuable game only because the other copies were buried. So wouldn't the value of any copies not buried drop considerably?
I'm kinda disappointed. I went through the 3 pages of the club and no one mentioned Aphex Twin. I've been listening to Aphex constantly lately. Here is a good track of his to start with.

Sorry for double posting but I missed this post. Joy Division is awesome! You have good musical taste.
Daft Punk, Passion Pit, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and The Dandy Warhols. Those bands have made up most of the music I've been listening to lately.
Welcome to Newgrounds! I hope you enjoy the site.

Exactly what I was thinking. Scumbag had to have grabbed the dog or something to shoot it in the back of the head.
I didn't realize how many NG greats were going to the party. The stream shall be a fun one!
This club doesn't seem to be as active as it used to be, but I'm still going to drop a song to get some reviews.
Elepio Is Life. Life Is Elepio.
He's got a new EP coming out soon it says. I suggest taking action before that comes out.
I wore a Nirvana shirt today. What a coincidence that was.
I like the OP. Thanks!
PM one of the forum mods and see if they will delete it for you.
I had been looking forward to it but the trailer seemed disappointing and then I saw all the reviews. I haven't seen it and don't intend to anytime soon.
Time for one of my large posts of movies I've seen lately. As usual I'm only mentioning the best and worst.
Wolf of Wall Street
Leo and Jonah worked beautifully together and the amount of breasts in the film wasn't bad at all. Great film.
Pulp Fiction
I waited too long to see this. This film is a masterpiece.
Eraserhead
Surreal and quite enjoyable. Jack Nance was also amazing in this.
After Earth
I actually liked the idea of the smell of fear and Will Smith was overall pretty good in this film. If only his son had learned to act.
Bottle Rocket
I had never watched a Wes Anderson film until I watched Bottle Rocket. I enjoyed this and decided after to watch some more of Wes' work.
The Royal Tenenbaums
Quirky as I expected but so much more enjoyable than Bottle Rocket. Gene Hackman and Luke Wilson were the best actors in this film.
So I Married An Axe Murderer
This was shockingly fun to watch. The only thing that would have made it better was not watching The Love Guru and realizing that Mike has gotten less funny as time went on.
Being John Malkovich
This makes me want to see Her because this film showcases the absolute genius that is Spike Jonze.
Freddy Got Fingered
Everything I had heard about this movie was it was one of the worst films ever. I didn't think it was that bad. Tom Green is hit or miss with comedy and this movie is quite similar. Sure the bestiality bits were gross but I quite enjoyed other moments. Perhaps editing some more out would have improved my impression of this film.
Mr. Hush
A girl at school told me this movie was the worst she has seen. I see why. I gave this film one star simply for being made.
An American Werewolf in London
The transformation, comedy, and just about everything in this film is spot on. I deduct one star for the kinda anti-climatic ending.
Anchorman 2
This film has way too many dumb moments for a Ferrel film. I was going to give three stars but the fight near the end was so ridiculous and cameo filled I couldn't help but add one star onto that.
Blazing Saddles
Everyone recommends this film and I see why. The film is all over and has anachronisms galore and I absolutely love it.

I second this idea.
My aunt had a GameBoy and I primarily remember playing Tetris nonstop on it. Good times those were.
My current username is the name of a Greek Titan.
Why collect Speed? It was good but not that good.
Do you mean James Bond style music or their own rendition of a song in the series?
I'm an avid poster on AllPoetry.com so I figured I would make a thread here to share some of my (in my opinion at least) best work. The first of my poetic works I shall post is entitled "Ocean of Despair".
Drowning in despair
I reach around,
Gasping for air.
By depression I am bound.
I slowly sink down below
Passing sad men as I go.
They are weary and frail,
Just as I knowing their tale.

Yeah, I went to Reddit where they convinced me to make one. Also your username caught my eye. I know a Josh Hughes, weird to see another.

Holy shit, a Power of Three event! Too bad it's during the summer.

If we don't jump to a 16 bit fad I can see the 90's 3D being a thing. I remember playing some indie car game that had PS1 style 3D so I can easily see that becoming the new fad.
Have you tried doing all the tutorials and just playing?
