People need a punishment that stops them from doing more harm. Reforment? Too unseccesful. Death Penalty? Too harsh. My suggestion, life in prison. I'm sorry to say it but some people must be removed from society.
Dont do that! I live there! Listen, you all may have your problems with the US of A, but many of the people are innocent hard working citizens, living day to day lives like you or anybody else in any other country.
