my xbox 360 is playing up it tells me i am not online when i am cos it tells me how many friends are online and so on so that i can not use online features

also my dashboard menus sometimes don't load and also if i do manage to get a game on it freezes

my 360 is a launch console and i am probally lucky fot it to last this long but does any one know a way i could fix this .... thx

my 360 is starting to break it was 1 of the launch 360s im lucky it lasted this long i hope i can get it replaced
