Yup, the problems are gone. I've checked it in FF, Safari, and Opera (Mac versions), and it works perfectly. Have you tested it in IE 6.0?

I didn't get any "loading" thing, on FF (mac), nor on Safari. However, I spotted quite an error on Safari 3.0 (Mac). When I hover over a thumbnail in the image gallery, the thumbnails below move way down, and the navigation links on the bottom just disappear. You might want to fix that.
Here's what I mean by that problem:

If only everyone in the art forum was this good. I used to think I was a mediocre artist, but looking at that, I realize that I suck. Anyways, it's good stuff, and I can't wait to see it finished! =D

Programs make little difference. There are some amazing MS Paint artists, but the OP here is not. Stick figures are old, and do not count as art, because that probably took you 10 minutes at most.

I really doubt it, to be honest.
Apparently you can "order toons" like this...He didn't draw them he ordered them.

Wait... so he actually paid for these disproportionate, misformed mutants?

I've been trying out inking, and here is what resulted. I drew it first with a pen, inked with a sharpie, and colored in Photoshop CS2.

Can't you simply Chmod the .XML file to be accessible only by the server? Or give it a really long, (unguessable) name, so that nobody could even find it?

A lot of what wanted to say has already been mentioned... but there's one thing nobody's picked on yet, and it's the gradients. Gradients like that look amateurish and very unprofessional. Professionals take care to use subtle, well-fitting gradients that don't draw attention away from the content.

It could be a nifty gimic for you to play with, if you have the time and energy to implement it.

I don't think it would be too hard... he could probably do it with PHP, and simply make it fetch cookies, without the ability to manipulate them. Gimmicks probably are the way to go... everyone uses them... Car makers, computer manufacturers, Newgrounds...

I highly doubt you made these sprites. At most, you probably just recolored them, which does not qualify as art. So do us all a favor and go hang yourself.

Going back to the topic, your site is really vague, and you didn't even put up examples of your work. Mentioning templates only makes you look even more amateurish, eve if you don't specialize in front end work. I also advise against a AJAX-based navigation system, because many people have javascript disabled, or their outdated browsers cannot support it.

Besides, what's so special about the UK? America's the place to be...

Meh. A lot of forums out there are waaayyy more mature than NG. Take Neowin, for example. There's a no-nonsense policy there, and it's pretty good there, if not a little boring. The truth is, without those 13 year-old dickheads, NG would be a rather boring place.

eBay obviously. Sell something you don't need. Find some old thing and pass it off as an antique. Those were the easiest $400 I ever made.

I've heard that your organs are worth at least $10,000 each if you sell them on the black market. Besides, we have two kidneys, don't you think that's a little overkill? You'll be just fine with one kidney. And it's legal...

Religion is evil. Besides, the Koran is fine with killing, as long as it's people from other religions. Now, without the Koran, they would have no motive to kill, such as jihads. If there was no religion, there'd be no wars. End of discussion.

After the demise of my beloved tablet, I didn't draw for quite a while, and I pretty much disappeared from the art forums. But I'm back now, with some new stuff. All drawn with a mouse in Flash 8, unless otherwise noted. I have here a comic which took me several hours to make.

The sad thing is, this is based on a true story.
