Just out of curiosity what tablet and program have you used ?
Graphic Tablet: One by Wacom (Pen tablet)
And software: Adobe Photoshop

Thank you i know that photoshop is good for starting but if you want to make more illustrative work i would use Adobe illustrator just because of the vector style and more comic look.

That's is indeed very nice for first painting but I would suggest a background because it looks bit plain beside from that it's awesome.

This should work in Flash shouldn't it?

I have used wacom bamboo I think it's the cheapest wacom now I switched to cintiq but as guys above said wacom is the leader in graphic tablet industry and if I could I would give it three thumbs up :D

From experience it's normal for artist to feel like his art sucks because you are your own worst critic or something like that. I have been drawing for past 4 years and i still think some of my art suck. The more you will draw the more satisfied you will be with your work.
