Hello I am mick and I need a animator to help with me I am trying to make a show call "Ailie The Wolf " But I need more animators to work on and I can't work on my own I well take ages so I am looking for an animator who can copy my style and animate it as good (better then me) so yeah comment below and I well PM you my skype name if you're a good copy style and animate good as well.

I like the style you have there. Maybe try getting some more reaction through the body, some squash and stretch - and look into anticipated action. Maybe have her react more strongly before her arms come up for the shrug?
