What's the rule on copyrights? For example, if I were to find an image of Doctor House, from House M.D., would it be acceptable? If I were to take a picture of Tricky, from Krinkels' Madness Combat series, would I be allowed to do that?

Exactly, I looked for a CS3 tutorial and found it, but it seemed to say the same thing. I think I am missing one of the fundamentals.

Hi. I recently downloaded the free trial of Adobe Flash CS3 Professional. I viewed the tutorial on buttons, and attempted to make one, but every time I try to make one, I end up with a screen on the Actionscript that says, "Current Selection cannot have actions applied to it." The button has already been converted to a button. Please help me if you can.
