Well he seems to have pretty good defenses. Check his review responses... they make sense for the most part.
But it does baffle me why any composer such as him would want to submit on Newgrounds. Most of his tracks you have to pay for, on the soundtracks to movies.

Buy. (Yes, I said buy) Adobe Audition, and you have both of those options readily available. They don't work 100% of the time, there's often artifacts left behind from hihats, snares... tinny noises, etc.
I don't know why anyone would want Garageband for Windows, when there are far more capable programs out there. If you feel like cheating, go buy a Mac and throw together something in garageband in about 3 seconds.
