yeah I used it! and it's really helpful! you will find many tutorial flying around on youtube! but if your using a laptop without a num pad it will be a hard to work with it!

I think guys you didn't understand that you should not make 60 seconds! XD just 15 seconds , 30 second if you can!
beside I have changed the plan to make a ready script for the next person to continue so they don't need to wait for the animator and to let you guys have time while completing your parts!

example:
MetalBooster -> Send Script in forum and start animating
Alphaman -> create his continue of the story and send it to forum and start animating

and the same thing happens to other animators!

this way everyone can't worry about deadline so much!

Mac(terrified)-this is not how you play hide n seek,this is not even a game!

<boys run away screaming,gimme the screaming sound>
[the place is huge with booby traps and all,they run and she fires the gun]
girl(in a maniac voice):That's right!Hide!and i will seek you!

I agree and you can actually make it better from what you learn from those 6 hours. But it depends on how the animation is constructed though. I just remember if you have the latest swf of the file, there is a swf decompiler. It tries to turn the swf into a workable format so you may be able to copy and paste the frames you want since its frame by frame. You can free trial it and see. All these "quick fit it" methods are never perfect and you might actually save more time redoing it.

yeah sometimes when I lose my animation I use the swf because I normally keep testing my animation for about 5 to 10 times in each 5 minute of work! save my work, after the end of the day backup file!
