Ah yes, I know there are other beliefs, but Christianity is indeed the most believed one in America so I go with that without thinking. So, let me rephrase. You can pretty much choose your religion. Granted, it might not be as easy as just saying it, but you can. It's not genetically attached to you in any form. It's like I said earlier, environment is the leading factor.
Second, you have to consider that all information that we know is subjective to being false... it's part of being human. We do not know the world as it is, we merely perceive the world as a human race so that it makes sense to us. Therefore, most information is a mere "arbitrary comparison" once you think about it.
Third, there is neither proof that gays choose to be gay as well, so may I ask what proof YOU have that it is a choice.
That's the point. There is not solid proof for or against the argument. However, even if a homosexual could somehow change I'm not saying in any way they should HAVE to change to fit society's "standard". Even if in the end it is a choice, there's nothing wrong with consentual, non-promiscuous sex. They have less a leg to stand on in the long run though, if their leading argument is still highly questionable.
Fourth, if you ever come to understand what "correlations" are, you will see why I say that gays are usually born this way, not that they choose to be. You say only a handfull use this as an excuse... although if they had a choice and are recieving so much flack, why would they Choose to be gay? Anyways, if you have actually ever talked to a gay person (have you?) you would realize that it isn't merely a "handfull" but rather a general concensus from most homosexuals that they have always felt this way.
I have spoken to homosexuals, but I guess if I'm not kissing their ass it must mean I don't actually know any. I also know that most people try to go for the laziest, less thought out excuse to do whatever they want, be whatever they want, or get whatever they want ("I can't help but be fat, that's just the way I am. :(:(:("). Most people will fall for any piece of scientific research that sounds intelligent and leans to their advantage.

I'll admit, that's better than simply saying "I can't help it" and nothing more in depth. I have heard of such a scientific explanation used for people with identity crisis. And you may be right, it may be biological after all. The theory to "population control" and all. I especially love when they compare humans to rats who probably haven't the ability to think beyond simple sexual gratification.

I don't believe in God, so you're going to have to try again with a more logical and less arbitrary comparison. Everyone knows you can choose to be Christian or not. That's the first step to Christianity, to choose to accept the Lord into your life. Maybe like how you choose to accept homosexuality into your life?
I've done some research. There is no proof that it isn't just a choice in the end. I think it's just an argument a handful of homosexuals like to use to make it appear that people are bigger bigots for having a negative opinion on an "unchangeable factor" like homosexuality supposedly is.

There were resistances in the Holocaust. They just spend more time sympathizing over minorities than doing anything else in school, so you're not likely to hear a whole lot about them actually being able to fend themselves. If you watch Escape from Sobibor, that's about a resistance in a death camp and everyone on the day of the escape made it out or at least died trying.
However, for large scales of resistances...There weren't a whole lot.

Gee, I wonder why their test scores are so damn low compared to our mixed (but predominantly white) schools. I say everyone stop trying on those lame ass field tests. Not being racist or anything, but the way our county (yes, COUNTY, ours most specifically in which I live in) caters to minorities...if you were black, it wouldn't really matter if you were dumb as shit. Just as long as you didn't get in serious trouble. Then with that mentality for minorities...That's why there's such a large margin between white and black kids on tests.
AA may work in other areas, but it's really progressing slowly in my area. It's just giving off a bad mentality for minorities to be lazy and stupid, because they know they're going to be catered to.

I think some people are having some misconceptions on how airy hate crimes are. Actually, I'm googling up hate crimes right now, if anyone has a link to any interesting biased-informative websites, do share.
Stressing biased here, I'm just interested in several perspectives of the flaws and positivity of having hate crime laws.
I personally wouldn't know. My political class is shitty and is still covering the fundamentals of the American government so I'm only semi-knowledgeable on communism, but I will say this. There will always be artists, athletes, musicians and anyone who aspires to be a part of the arts. People will always have the undying desire to express themselves, whether it's done in secret or the open.
I don't know how important my input would be, as I'm lacking in the long organ to make me a male, but I'll contribute an opinion anyway.
I'm not for either completely without the other. In other words, I could enjoy them seperately for a short period of time, but I think I'd require both at some point. And that doesn't matter whether the relationship started purely on love or on sex. Not to mention, there's a whole lot more to keeping a strong relationship than just sex and/or love. Believe it or not.

The Ninth is sort of ambiguous though since it's not really stated. The only reason the right to "privacy" is protected by that amendment is because of past rulings in court cases which may be overturned (such as Roe V. Wade). And I don't know what you mean by "if you deny right to privacy...." so on and so forth, if it's denied in another amendment, it's not going to be contradicted against and protected in another.
