I believe in God fro reasons I don't completely understand. But in terms of actualy evidence...the odds of of GOd existing or not are aboout even.

Once again this has happend to me. people always say theres someone out there for you but i think thats a load of crap. things that people believe in so they can keep living life. but if thats true than i'll keep waiting.

I have never been in that situation before. I do know that love is hard game to play, one very few actualy win. Also, your story kinda supports my theory that god amuses himself by making us suffer these kinds of things. But, if your truly meant to be together, you just may see each other again.

Unfortunatly Commrades, it will take a great deal more than a simple F-bomb to covince the devoutly religious to surrender their control over people.

Being able to believe there is something better beyong this world is pretty calming. After all, this world kinda sucks. My religion has kept me from killing muself more than once.

Regardless of whether or not there is a God, religion is a vital tool in keeping people in line. Despite all the problems religion has caused, the wrold would be in even worse shape than it now. There's nothing like the thought of eternal damnation to scare people into behaving.

The problem is that most Christians can't take a joke. This leads to the idea that all Christians are uptight jerk-offs who can laugh at anyone but themselves. If you can't laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?

Being a Christian myself, I feel compeled to speak out against those who claim that Mariage, should be kept strictly between a straigh Chrisain Man and a Straight Christian Woman. While I recognize that mariage is in no way neccassary for two people to love each other, you must rcognize that one of the founding principles of America is th pusuit of happines. And if two gays think getting married will make them happy, then it is unconstitutional to thry and prevent their union.

Well, if it makes them happy then no one has the right to look down on them.
