Ok thanks, the old fla files cant be opened, the new stuff can, but only if you start mx first and go to ''open''.

Oh sorry forgot to say, i made a fla file in mx and still could not open it.
tried several times, making blurs of paint and saving them but still unable to open.
I have opened some files before,but now they ''cant be found''.

So i decided to finally make a flash and started doing some work (getting sounds/stuff), i had many experimental flashes and in some i got v-cam and others are half finished projects and stuff suff stuff.

Anyway recently i changed from flash8 to MX v7 or something, AS is the same and i tested files on it and it all worked fine. Then i notice it randomly closes but i guess its because i have internet open and use vista.(pluss im on a not so good laptop)

So im about to get started, when i cant open fla files, why? it says it does not find them and to check if i wrote the file name wrong, the file names were correct.

Any solutions appreciated.
