If you can't afford to pay for a fucking water bill, maybe you should stop buying things you can't afford.

The government gives all of those filthbags in detroit a free check every month anyway.

Where that money should go:
Rent (usually already paid for in section 8 housing)
Car payment for a decent car
Insurance
Utilities
Food (grocery store bought)
and occasionally clothing

Where that money should not go:
Car payment for a luxury car
Drugs
Alcohol
Tobacco
Cell phones
Rims for your luxury car
Fast food
Jewelry
Strip clubs
Expensive gym shoes

When I used to work at a carwash, I cleaned out a nice jaguar that had an IL link card in it, it was filled with garbage, reciepts for a $200 pair of nike gym shoes, vicodin, a small amount of weed smashed into the carpet, hundreds of fast food reciepts, fingernails, cigarette butts, and empty alcohol bottles.

While I was WORKING to clean this scumbag's fucking car, making minimum wage, he was getting paid for doing literally nothing, FROM THE TAX DOLLARS DEDUCTED OUT OF MY PAY AS I WORKED CLEANING OUT HIS SLOVENLY VEHICLE.

When we ARE ALREADY GIVING THE POOR FREE MONEY and they choose to spend it on luxuries that the middle class doesn't even spend it on (because they can't afford it), then they turn around and say they can't afford to pay their water bill, they need to be kicked not only out of their home, but also kicked in the fucking teeth.
