According to the info in your account: Payments are issued 30 days after the end of the accounting month. If you've specified a PayPal or address I think it should be sent out automatically. If there are options, they're all listed on those pages under 'Earnings'.

Maybe once you reach a certain sum, but $100+ seems like it'd fulfill any such quota. If there are options, they're all listed on those pages under 'Earnings'.
