I'm not sure what you mean by this. The ACA doesn't force people to join a new type of government-run insurance plans, everything is still run by for-profit companies on the market. There's nothing to compare to "any other health insurance plan" because there's nothing different other than regulatory provisions. The central point of the ACA is to drive down the cost of insurance by making it easy to compare plans and costs as well as creating more competition, it doesn't actually directly make new plans as part of the law.

It's a transfer of wealth from those who choose to take out a policy in the first place. Such a choice does not exist in Obamacare, not do many others available to private consumers.

You have a choice to not have a policy, you just have to pay a penalty.

So you admit Obama was lying about transparency then?

Obama has made a lot of campaign promises about transparency on a multitude of different topics relating to the ACA, some of which he upheld and others he didn't. I don't know which specific thing you're referencing so I can't answer this.
