As long as users aren't forced to choose an emoticon (like with the BBS), I think that could be a pretty cool feature! Would make it easier to read a users emotional response to a submission too, especially when it's just short one word reviews. Though, I guess a con to such a system would be how it could be abused, having completely irrelevant moods to the context of the text just to give a certain impression without the review getting deemed abusive, etc. There's never problems like that with the BBS.
