The islamic practice of sacrificing an animal when a child is born.
Preformed by muslims, the gardian of the child kills two sheep if it's a boy and one if it's a girl. A practice set forth by muhammed, the muslim prophet. It is belived this will protected the child from harm.

Now I'm totally fine with this. Realy the biggest shocker for me was finding out the muslim prophet wasen't Robin williams. My only real question is, do they feed the baby the heart at some point? Because if not, then I fail to see the point.

I just found this interesting and wanted to share.
