It should be pointed out that that's a list of countries sorted by migration, not by immigration. Zimbabwe is probably high in that list because people are leaving in droves, rather than that others are anxious to get in. Also, you're pigeonholing economic migrants and refugees/asylum seekers. Jordan is probably high in that list because it shares land borders with Iraq and Syria, not because people just love the job opportunities over there. This would help explain why the top of the list includes some of the poorest countries in the world.
