Need some help.

I'm looking to create some animated text like in the video below:

Does anyone know of any software which can quickly transform the text in a video to do random transitions? I have a few videos to make and there is a lot of text so individually key framing the text will take too long.

EDIT: Found something called Kinetic Typography, should do the trick.
