Well...women like providers...but women also have weird tastes. You could have a great job and a badass car, and everything going on for you, but she could nitpick over something petty. We don't know this girl...it could be any multitude of factors....and a lot of them could be things you have no control over, like personal taste and bias. She might not even be ready for a relationship.
Be friends first...fuck the whole "Friendzone" bullshit, be there for her, show her that you care, give her a reason to want to be in a relationship if you're all doe-eyed around her. Be genuine...and maybe, if you're cool around her and you're not being pushy or overly suggestive around, you're letting her breathe and make her own decisions, she'll come to find that she actually prefers your company over anyone else.
