Contrary to popular belief the US isn't all that 'free', there's actually a lot here you can't do here like gay marriage and weed.

Healthcare's hit or miss. You can't do things like buy organs. Free healthcare isn't abundant, although that seems to be changing.

Politics are pretty corrupt, you can't directly elect the president and such.

Not everyone's fat and lazy, although in certain regions they are.
