I know this isn't during 2010/2011, but I know that some of the Colour My _______ games were made at around late 2009, the latest being Colour My FATE on December 25th, 2009. It's a puzzle game that looks like it's drawn/sketched with piano pieces as background music, yet I'm not sure if this is the one you're looking for.
