you have to have a great cooling system and a huge power supply to use that card though.
I read from multiple people that the 980 has surpassed the 780 Ti in most benchmarks. Here is one source. Also that I am asking about 1080p, not 4K. I am well aware that nothing can run 4K, max settings and 60+ FPS on its own, unless 1080p itself is too demanding?
