I have both versions. For SNES, it's FF3. For PSX, it's called FF6. They're the same game. Nobody gets confused if we say FF3 with respect to Kefka. We know what it means. So to all the angry purist fanboys, loosen your corsets, please. It's a NAME.
Now, that said, this mix is, as you said, complete and utter chaos and lack of order. Which is good; it captures Kefka's essence very well, but it isn't always easy on the ear. Personally, I dislike horns because they hurt my ears. Fitting for a crazy dude like Mr. Palazzo, I suppose. So, A for effort, 4/5, 8/10. I'd give you a 5, but my ears had this ringy sound in them after I listened to this.
Bottom line: very good, but not your best.

and obviously it isnt my best - this is early 2004! Nothing I made in early 2004 or in 2003 was good! XD
