"very good piece"

It reminds me of an empire in the Bronze/Archaic age, this would very well fit with that old game, Age of Empires One.

Good use of percussion, what program/sounds do you use, FL studio i would guess?? it adds a good "epic" feel to the music, the timpani does. at one point in the song, however, (1:30 i beleieve) the clarinet becomes to shrill, almost like it's shrieking, unlike it's flowing melodic sound at the beggining.

i like the cello/background strings, they were very exciting and interesting, which is a good thing to keep the song from getting boring. i 5'd and downloaded it, this is a really cool song!

hey man, how did you ever afford FL Studio 5 at your age? this was really good, but the way i figure it, you will have to break your back over the next songs of yours to pass up The Promise is Given, seeing as how that was THE BEST IN THE WORLD!!!! must...not...explode...cranium!

"Good, But too screeching at one point"

This song has a good opening, and follows along well, its getting stronger and stronger with more instruments until it reaches its peak, very good too, your a good artist i can say that, almost all your work is excellent,

but u overdid it a little with teh drums in my opinion

A symble is a good replacement for over-drumming

ive listened to a number of your tracks today and found the majority of them have blown me away outstandingly well done. In this particular peice however i rather enjoyed the high pitched horns...what were those. and on a final noe i was wondering whether you used a program to compose your works? and if so what might that program be, i merely wonder as i am highly interested in flash and audio composition but dont really know where to begin. in the end i say a job well done, and this to your work as a whole not simply this individual peice, as i have derived a good few hours of enjoyment listening to your efforts.

Being that I'm always in the hunt for good music to stick into my flash series, I spend quite a bit of time filtering through a lot of crap here on newgrounds. It's always great to come across stuff like this that is actually quite good. It's not the best stuff I've heard, but you're young and you're definitely on the right track. Keep it up!

Poweful stuff, as usual.
The tympani thing was good, but right about now im wishing that you can change the pattern, or add a snare drum roll at the same beats the tympani are at.
at least.
Woah.
farther in the song, The tymapni hit changes are powerful.
AT the end i was expecting an amazing climax, but all i got was these instruments that sounded real, pitched at extordinary heights in pitch.
killed my ears dude, but still, a great melody. it just killed my ears.
at the end i would have nice snare rols and kind of a solo snare drum to match the feel of the song. Maybe some nice cymbal hits every 4th beat...then at the near ending every 2nd beat and at the very end, like the last 8 beats, have it on every beat.
just to make it more dramitc.:)

U r really good XGM I could never hope to compose so perfectly. As many know i`m a huge fan of orchestrated and my standards are F!@# up so don`t take it lightly when I call u Vetran at your art and I`m sure u will pick up when people use your stuff more and u get some publicity.
Now for the review:

I really liked the begining a lot. If u picked it up a bit, y`know make it slightly faster it would be much better but just cause I made a suggestion don`t mean it needs work. i love it

This song is really nice, i have to agree with speed at the part that he says that it would be a great starting song, i think that it would be a great trailler song too....
