"Nice idea, not enough"

The melodic them behind this song wasn't half bad. The song just didn't have enough depth to it. It needs more emotion, more instruments, more progression, some drums. If you added some supersaws, some 4x4 kicks, and trance bass, you'd have a hit single!

I don't do trance.
I work classical, so your choice of instruments won't be needed.
I hate using drums.
It was meant to be a short simple tune.
I could add more depth with some louder strings though.
