I love this song. sometimes I would wait after killing the hammer bros. just to listen to this song! (and for all of you that think this is Dr. mario's theme, it's NOT! It may be similar, but this is almost exactly the way it was in smb3!)

It's not both, but rather they sound extremely similar, but not quite enough to be the same ;)
