This is a song from the N64 game called: Mystical Ninja Starring GOEMON.
The name of the song is [Bizen] Kurashiki. I remember the song cuz i own the game. This music appears after you have beaten the boss of the "ghost toys castle"
Then you need to go back to "ZazenTtown" and there you have a new door unlocked that leads you to the "Akiyoshi Plateau" :D.
