Ok, I'll review this...
And a bunch of you will hate me for it. But most what I will say is completely objective, with the exception of the next paragraph.
The song is honestly not that great. Sorry, it's ok, but it's just way overrated. Even jazza obviously didn't think it was very good until all of the musically inept fanboys came along. Nice emotion in the piece, although in the video you seemed to deal a low blow to rock music, which ticks me off, as it's just as much a valid form of music and some pianist, probably even more so.
As for the music, there were quite a few screwups. First thing on the page I see is the there are tempo markings on both staves. At measure 32, there's a notation error, from 36 to 37 there are three straight parallel fifths, which look like crap. From 37 to 38 there is another parallel fifth. There are double tempo markings again. Far too many leger lines on page 2, no one's going to be able to read that. Double notation again, although I like that you used 8/8. And yeat, it's still marked as 4/4. another problem there. A real pianist might see that and play 8/8, but they may also end up putting the emphasis on the wrong notes, so that's an error in my book. Backing up, between 54 and 55, there are two meter markings. So yeah. Fix that, and maybe I'll give it a chance.
