"Pretty good"

by: Oddler
date: April 28, 2008

Pretty good song. A little erratic at times which subtracted some value to it for me but over all it's a pretty fun piece. I bet you had a lot of fun poking around with all the different things in this one.

Ok. It's about an 8 to me and I'll give you a 5 too :D. This is at the top 50 or whatever at the moment on the Classical Rock section and I'll do my best to keep you there :D. Anyway, peace!

Author's Response:

OMG it's in the top 50 in classical rock? dayum. I haven't checked in on that in a long time. and you're gonna make sure it stays there? thanks a lot, man!

and I did have a lot of fun composing this piece. and i was very experimental at the time so that's why it sounds a little erratic.

I honestly don't know. This suite is the composition I put the most effort in out of all my songs.

Take this out of the MIDI sound, and this will rock really hard!

"I love this peice!!"

date: October 28, 2007

Your peice is exceptionally awesome, yet I only give you an eighth rating because it could probably use more percussion in the mix. More tone to it as well, other than that its got good beat and its extremely focused. Transitions man are awsome! its the perfect mood for a nice day, and it seems that its totally figured in. Keep it up dude!! YOU are now my FAV artist, and well its going to take you far.

Author's Response:

More percussion? Are you kidding me? The percussion doubles the melody in the song all throughout (if you listen closely enough, you'll notice). I agree the rhythm percussion is kinda quiet though. I can't really respond to the tone part because you were pretty vague there. What do you mean by "more tone?"

Overall response: I'm your favorite artist? A girl (according to your profile) chose me as her favorite artist? YAY!!!
