Good stuff

To the preceding reviewer, if you don't like video game music remixes, why did you even bother listening to this one? This particular remix doesn't sound a lot like the original theme at first--you have to pay attention a bit to get the resemblance, but I think this is a good piece of rock even for someone who hasn't played the game this remix is from. Seriously, if you can't say something helpful or nice about a remix, don't bother saying it! Personally, I don't like the techno style video game remixes that seem very prevalent on this portal, but do I go around making derogatory reviews of them? No.

Ugh.

Video game themes are never a good idea.

RandomStar responds:

You don't think so? I think video game music is awesome, and usually comes out well in metal-form. But whether or not I personally have succeeded in making this remake is an entirely different question.

Let's hit the games, dude!

Hehe, it did sound like Wipeout! a little bit. Hehe... that's kinda what I did, fighting those bosses... Hmm, the song sounds pretty cool, but maybe too much surfing and not enough Zelda? Try boosting the guitar over the drums a little more. And the actual recording could use some work. But, it sounds like you had fun, and that's what really counts! ;)

This song made me smile. It got an extra star for that! ;P
