Simple rhytms created this old feeling beat.

"Just FL Studio Drum Loops"

date: June 25, 2008

What is this other than a collection of FL Studio drum loops? I don't want to seem like a bad person, but this is one of the easiest things to make and you should have actually used the Fruity Slicer and made some of your own patterns with the drum sounds instead of just leaving them how they are. You could have also added some filters to make them more interesting.

I'm not even going to get to the actual drum and bass genre part of this, since it's very obvious that there is no bass at all. It's clear what you were doing here and I don't mean to seem like a jerk for giving you a low rating, but there's nothing to this even as a real song.

Author's Response:

Mind the year this track was created. And also mind the description. "Simple rhythms". Yes, I used the preset drums from FL Studio as more of a test on what I could make. Mind me, I can be much better.

"FruityLoopin'"

by: G-Bus
date: May 11, 2008

I'm really not sure what to say, this entire song was pretty much a preview of FruityLoop's premade drum patterns. Not tryin' to knock you dude, but for the sake of whatever omni-present being you may/may not believe in, not to mention other FruityLoops users, please at least change the patterns in a fundamental way. Also, if all your doing is using the premade beats from a program, please give that program credit for the original creation of those beats/patterns in your description.

Author's Response:

Yeah, thanks for criticism. I know it isn't that good. But this is pretty old. And I've pretty much stopped making music.

So don't really expect much.

let me guess... those are already made drum patterns from studio, aren't they? :)

good putting them togheter and all, but yeah, they could've used some tweaking...

"Nice"

date: October 23, 2007

It was OK for all the way through, but I just felt like it was missing something. The drums that came in near the end should've come in earlier IMHO.

It still sounds good though :3

But I like the drums. It's kinda groovy and stuff, although I think it could use something else to make it a bit richer. It's definately missing something. It'd be nice for an action game or something.
