"Good work on the edits."

I've listened to this song for a good long while, enjoyed every second, and have been able to paint a myriad of landscapes and situations, most of which involving one hero stepping up to face a collosal army of thousands. Of course, the hero suceeds, since it's common sense that any one hero can defeat an endless number of bad guys (god bless Final Fantasy).
The edits are wonderful- the chorus, though somtimes hard to recognize fits in very well with the horns blowing in sychronization of the low hum.... make me think of something holy.
The only real issue I have with this song is, as you've said before, the mastering suite issue. I mean, since I don't even make my own music, but I'm 1st chair clarinet in my school band and at parts I have trouble differentiating the violin from something like an organ..... or maybe my ears are just screwed up, I dunno.
Excellent work. This song was obviously a difficult feat of orchestrating to pull it off as well as you did, and your reward is an awesome song that lots of people like, myself included.

Author's Response:
Well you're not the first one mentioning me this "organ-effect". I think the reason for this is the combination of instuments and that they're playing the same note. The deep brass is layered upon the cellos and the higher strings are layered upon the note of the french horn - it's my favourit combination and I think this is what causes this "organ-effect" sometimes.
Thanks a lot for your review. I'm glad that you liked this track!
