No thunderstorm! Those kind of effects take away from the epic quality of this kind of thing, it limits creativity drives durive the route of the song.

This is the kind of song you would probably want to play after the main antagonist of the show had just finished with some kind of horrible part of his/her plot, leaving the protagonists dazed as he/she taunts them before departing.
