It's alright.
I like where this was going, but it feels a little too far from the original
Yeah, I know what you mean. People might usually not agree with remixes straining too far from the original which they enjoyed so much.
But I didn't quite feel like I wanted it to be too close to the original track either as there are plenty of remixes already which sound a lot like the original here on Newgrounds.
