Sad little piece. Again, save live piano deal, crappy quality, etc. :P Thanks!

Yes yes.

A round of applause for the live recording.
And yes, Silent Hill. The uhh... "left hand" pattern is much like the Silent Hill theme of what I remember from "The Room" I think it was called... Angels.. something something.. not sure.

But this was amazing! I thought I was going to get bored of just a piano, but you kept it interesting. Well Done!

Thank you all for the comments. I never expected anybody to listen. :D

I have played a couple of the Silent Hills and I'm not sure which melodic theme you mean but maybe if I go back and listen I'll know. It's certainly possible it affected my subconscious, as that is a creepy freaking game. But this is an original work, promise!

Beautiful and haunting

I really enjoyed this. The piano was beautiful and it reminded me of the song from Silent Hill. It has a soothing melody and your piano playing was great but the song had a haunting aspect to it. Personally I think it came out really well.

Very nice

This melody sounds like something Ive heard before. Witch i loved it so good work. As for quality, try to add some bass to the piano sound and spread the speakers so you can get a fuller sound. along with some re-verb this would have sound better. Not that it sounds horrible now... oh definitely not but it may have helped. I do realize that this was a live recording but i think you should be able to go back and edit the song.

Well all the technical crap aside, you did a fantastic job, please coninue to play.

Wow!

Crappy quality or not, that was good piano work. It almost luls you into a different place. And yea, acoustics would be a nice touch to this, and maybe some suspended cymbals too

Overall, excellent piece, I really enjoyed it.
