Good use of dynamics, but it doesn't really seem to be going anywhere. The off tuning doesn't help too much either. But overall, nice work. What it really sounds like is when you improvise you're pushing the boundaries of your techniqe and trying to do thing you really don't have down. If anything you want to do the opposite, even if it means playing much slower that u want to. Oh yeah, and nice vibrato.

Author's Response:

Yhea the "song" itself is just 3 chords so its more of a practice session then anything. So its more of "experimenting" then actually making a song. =)

"Not bad at all"

date: July 7, 2007

Your microphone may not be the best which hurts the clarity of your playing. Has a decent tune. Good job on the playing of the instrument...banjo? steel guitar? not sure. The song begins to drag on. This style could work in a wedding reception....when everyone is eating their dinner. Not much else to say. 5/5 for being unique and making a blues song. 9/10 rev. . Minus 1 for the clarity and the draging feeling. Bye for now

Author's Response:

lol its just 3 chords repeated forever so yhea it drags on, it wasn't really a song, just something I could improvise over
=)

And its electric guitar.

Although, I don't think there was enough blue notes. Anyways, nice scaling. I wish I could scale like that, and don't know all the scales.
