its a groovy, western kind of rythem...
next time lay the bass and drums down first before you lay down the guitar, its much easier to stay in time that way if your actually playing the guitar.

-turn down the guitars reverb :(
-add some more parts(i see yuve already said you were doing this)
-lay off the pinch harmonics
- work on your timeing (easier w/drums AND bass)
