The individual notes do enhance the texture of the song piece, but it's a tad obtrusive, esp at the start. It's a little louder than the rest, so the little off beat tempo is rather unsettling, rather than easing listeners into a comfortable seat.
I prefer it to have more organ overlay tracks underneath, but your title as cruising the net and the description of the song, it seems that you prefer it to be an upbeat ambience track. In that case, it would be better to increase the beat or tempo, it's like a casual half cruise, half walk through the net. Eh! That cruise came to a stop.
