Like Para-Noid said it's not realy Hip-Hop, more of a dance song, it's not bad tho for a first. I've noticed that transition from one genre to the other is hard so i think you should stick with w.e you like the most man. Anyway this ain't bad for a first attempt, 5d it,

Yeah, I could picture someone rapping over this... I'd go with ped and say you should add more to it, but in this case the beat might end up getting things a little cluttered. maybe just a high synth? or even a siren? and then, you know, get a friend to spit some sick lyrics over it... then you're golden.

Ok, this may sounds rude but stick to flashes. Flashes only man. I see you probably may have startewd but if you can't figure out what Hip-Hop is then don't do hip-hop no more. This is a Dance song for sure. But I see where your coming from to let it be Hip-Hop.

The whole song is off-beat too. The snyth and the Drums. Aaaaaaaaall off-beat. But like I said earlier, keep on trying, not everybody is good when they first start fruity loops or reason.

yeh, sounds pretty empty, you should work on developing it further, bring in some more sounds and that and work on the beat, the kick sounds a little off.
