"It does sound like Kids in America!"

Very cool. I like the way the bass line and lead complement each other. If I were you though, I'd add a second, very highly syncopated drum beat over top.

"Awsome Remix!"

If this was put into Sonic and Knuckles, that would be awsome. It sounds like it could be like a prepration for a final battle type music. I like how it starts slow and ends up going a decently fast speed. Anyway, great song.

P.S. <I have been off Newgrounds for a while, this is the first your songs that I have reviewed in quite a while.>

Prep for final boss, eh? That's pretty funny, 'cuz this is a ReMix of the music for the stage right before the final boss (without the Chaos Emeralds, that is). It's the same tempo throughout the whole song, but hey, that works.

"NICE SHIT, MAN!"

I like it. i wouldn't exactly call it coming back fighting though. Needs more BEAT to it and RAVE-ish attitude.
At least, personaly it does.

Like I said to Alpharino, I was going for a Kids in America type of feel. It's got plenty of beat, the kick had a whole lot of DOOF DOOF to it. But it's DEFINITELY coming back swinging, a lot of the songs that I've stuck on here have kinda sucked, or weren't complete. Anyway, I'm glad you liked it!

"Pretty cool"

I liked both the techno style and realistic drum samples. Also this was a good development of the original theme, also incorporating other Sonic melodies and ones that sound like they belonged in the series.

I liked the contrasting sections divided up with the main theme in between them, it had good flow and was interesting and creative to listen to.

Overall, I enjoyed this and its a good entry

Sweet, no downsides yet! Thanks for the review, I love it when people give me feedback about various stuff :D. It isn't quite as complete as I would like it to be, I was working on this song for 5 days(I left my comp on to do so, CPU usage levels were unbelievable XP), but I got REALLY tired of working on it. Also, I screwed it over completely at one point, so I took an older export I did of it and decided that it was done. So this is what I've got for it, and it actually turned out better than I thought it would. I was kinda going for a "Kids in America" sort of feel. I have to say I achieved it with flying colors. Just like the old bangles song, it's completely annoying! Yay!
