The choir sings in bliss at observing your torment! I see vampires involved somehow.

Hey, great stuff!

I was expecting something good, but not something great! This was a bit redundant, but it made up for it all by having a simply awesome theme to it. I am very impressed by how well this works in using instruments as well as imitating a choir. It did indeed give a darker feeling as one would feel in something that would involve vampires (except "Twilight" of course). The pacing is also nicely done. In adddition to darkness, it also gave an action like feeling or something gritty.

lmao!

WOw as soon as this started i imagined the Notre Dame level from TimeSplitters 3. SO awesome!

naaah

Vampire idea is great, but im feeling a zombie killing here for this song.

Good execution

You utilized the Harmonic Minor pretty well in this piece, and the choir gave it a very baroque aria feel, similar to the work of Progressive Metal band Symphony X. The transition between measures was very smooth. Might I suggest adding a few chromatic scales in there, using the Aeolian or Phrygian mode in harmonic minor? I'm aware that this was used in an adult film, but a bit more diversity couldn't hurt. I compose technical guitar work myself, and so long as it isn't too overbearing, it should play out pretty well. All in all, good work!

Grumbleduke responds:

Ah HAH, but is it the harmonic minor? Very close though. It's actually between D minor and Ab minor, I went freaky on it.

Could have been a lot better

if only the 'heavy metal' classification was true, yes its heavier but not quite up to par with chimaira or zao heavyness. great incorporation of all the instruments though and good work, its on my playlist this week:D

Grumbleduke responds:

As mentioned by Speedmetalmessiah, this fits much more easily into industrial, but I didn't think of that at the time: ho hum. Comments are welcome in whatever form.
