i saw in an earlier comment something about foley samples....as in amon tobin samples? because i instantly thought the drums and whole thing had an amon tobin feel to it, if so WHERE CAN I FIND THOSE and are those real vinyl cuts?

"foley" is a common term, used in movie-makings, of stuff you've recorded yourself with a microphone. the term comes from an old sound-setting guy whos name was "jack foley".

so no, it have nothing to do with Amon Tobin, and his album "Foley Room".

the beat that comes in later on is a crappy loop i made in reason, with reason-soundbank samples. they are however layered with beat-samples created from my "foley" recordings. the weird effects in the first part are all foley-samples, recorded and messed up by yours truly.

so basically, get a mic, something to record with and get to business! :)

the scratching i did on my Numark HDX. i'm not very good with scratching, some have been slightly edited to sit better in the mix.

"Fascinating!"

Man, Rucklo. This turned from "What the hell is this?" to "Oh damn wait, this is getting awesome!". Once you realise and accept this is a weird song, that's when you fully understand how awesome it is. The mixing is just amazing. Great job and a download, something that I rarely do.

Thank you, you made my day with this song First thing I have to say about it is that beginning part awesome it builds up to the awesomeness. You used so much sounds it was great and I can't believe how good you were at mixing everything together and making it sound good. My favorite part had to be 1:40 into the song when the solo's went on it sounded awesome. I am so glad I found this song because I was just complaining how crappy music has been on new grounds. The only other thing I could say is good ending you didn't leave me wanting it to go on. Keep making music your great at it two thumbs up.
