I was contacted by a guy from reFX.net - they had heard Epic Orchestra in a video on YouTube and liked it! They said they were looking for someone to create an orchestral song for their new VST - Nexus - and an orchestral pack they were making for it. I jumped at the offer, of course. This is the result.

Rig, every time you make I song I think, "No-one can get any better then this...". Yet nearly every time you submit a new song it gets better and better.

"A Masterpiece"

What an amazing piece. Perfect for any intro or ending cutscene for anything I can think of. Wow... To date (2/27/08), I think I've only ever given two 10s in all my time my time on Newgrounds, and this is one of them. I'm speechless. Excellent work.

The only thing I would recommend is, at the end, after all the hits come and the last hit sounds, finish off with one long, soft note. Other than that, I can't think of anything, amazing job. I'm going to vote on all your entries.

"Awesome, it's soothing"

I like the fact that this song starts off slow and calm and slowly rises up and finally climaxes at the very end, I think that you did an excellent job with each instrument and had it flow together perfectly. I also liked the "Aah" vocals you threw in. I think it tied in really well. Overall I think this piece was really well constructed.
