Cute...
A bit too cluttered, although I guess its understandable since you used a lot of loops in the song, I recommend making your own stuff though.
Reminds me of some experiments I made when I first started making music.
You have the ear now lets see if you can get it. Start with sytrus and work from there.
I know most of the loops you used though so I'm gonna take off points for lack of originality :P

I like it, make more!
You've only been doing this for a few weeks, I see. Well I am pretty impressed. I liked this, it was a little boring and repetitive but catchy. It sounds very nice and basic.
Keep going, you do have talent, to answer your question. Great one.
I need to spend more time in the Audio Portal. :)

Techno aApproved
This song has my approval of being basic electonic music that as is unfeeling as it is on drugs. This makes me want to give it thumbs up as being techno at its purest. Although you used simple samples and sounds the song as a whole is not that bad.
