"27s devlopement ; 2:40 of a 4s loop. NEEDS VARIETY"

You've got some tight beats, but you really need to do more with it all round.

I enjoyed the way it started off - with the various layers being introduced. After around 27s though, it all sounds exactly the same.

I like the faint 3-note melody in the background. Only noticed that after around a minute and a half, but I realised upon inspection that it was there all along...

Anyway, this is cool, but why you'd submit a tune with 27s of development and 3 minutes of a 4s loop is beyond me.

Why don't you take the 4s loop, then make that into a loop and submit it as that? It sounds like that could work brilliantly for some game level or a menu.

If you want it to be a tune, you've got to have waaaaay more diversity. As an example of something with variation, I was listening to NGAPRadio and this is what came on after your tune:
