Sweet!

Such an interesting piece! It sounds kind of happy, a little excited. The future is here, and it's great!

This is strange to me, as i've heard too many "the future is a place of black and destruction" from so many people and places, I have forogtten how a happy future might look.

I guess I should thank you for showing me ;).

I personally like the computer beep like sounds. Really added to the piece, made me think of streams of light zipping and dashing in the sky... brilliant.

The mastering, and equalizing were perfect.

I didn't quite find the ending abrupt, I rather enjoyed the song, it loops rather well. I guess thats just my opinion!

The percussion were also neat. Diverse, and powerful.

Keep up the good fight quickshot! You are realling getting good at this! Keep em coming.

I didn't actually expect this song to be so popular, I've gotten lots of marvelous Reviews so far. I'm very happy you liked it! There really isn't much to say anymore, but if you read the other reviews then I guess you pretty much know everything That I had said. If you really like this you'll love cry of an Angel! Thankyou for your review my friend!

hehe..

this sounds like it came right out of the online game "platypus" - this song needs more 8-bit melodies in it - however - this song is wasting away in new wave - hardly anyone visits new wave - oh well - at least it wont be downrated to hell as a result. I agree with the others tho on the ending - just letting it cut off like that is undesirable - if anything you should have made it so that when it ends it loops up seamlessly with the beginning again.

For someone with no knowledge of musical theory you at least have a good grasp on mastering - is reason the only program you're using?

Not much I can tell you to improve upon that hasnt already been said - keep up the good work my friend - you definitely are an underdog on ngs - make a name for yourself!

I know only little of Musical Theory actually, I don't just use (Reason) I use Parsee system my father uses to make his tracks, I can't spell it's name out properly in English but here goes....it's called (Sharabaz). 8-Bit sounds? Hmm well I'm not really much into 8-Bit sounds. So you think i'm great with mastering? I'm glad I am doing good with it! Thankyou for your review Chronamut, time to review more of your first tracks!

Techy/Microsoft

When you read the title of this review and see, '' Techy/Microsoft, '' you might think, what the ?

The techyness and sounds of this remind me of a microsoft game, like Abuse.

Lovely percussion, LOVELY pads, lovey atmosphere.

Lovely track.

Enjoyed + Voted 5 + Downloaded.

Hello! :)

I thought I'd stop by your audio page and review one of your songs... so I'm reviewing your latest? :)

I have to say, I love that techy feel! You nailed it perfectly. I've always wanted to do a song like this but never had the inspiration, time, or means. Which leads me to my next question - I also like a lot those futuristic-sounding synths which add a lot of atmosphere to the song! That one synth - I don't know what to call it - you have a pad, a bass, and that third synth, which plays once in a while. That's the one I'm talking about... how'd you do that?

The song is very melodic, even for only two synths, a pad and a bass, playing musical notes. It all blends together very nicely. One suggestion would not to let that bass go so low in pitch, at times it gets a bit distorted because of that. It also sounded a bit weak and could have been just a little bit louder.

Your percussion is amazing! It really adds to that industrial feeling. You cleverly chose and used your drum samples... and they sound very original, too! I think you could have done without the non-reeverbed clap, though, and stuck with the reeverbed one throughout the song.

Again, the atmosphere is great in this song, and everything contributes to it. There's nothing that doesn't in this song, which I rarely see as I review songs. The song's a bit short, though, and I think you could have progressed it a bit more. Just as I begin to enjoy it, it ends...

Overall a very good song! Why don't you stop by my audio page and review my latest, After the Nova? Much appreciated... and keep up the great work! :D

quickshot-x responds:

Sure I shall check your composition out, of course when I have the time. :) The synths were samples, all I had done with them was tweaking them up a little bit. The bass was self-made, and the drum loops were also samples. It is rarely I get proffesional like reviews, I do not know much of musical theory, I just tweak, and play with my music systems as I learn on my own. I'm very happy you liked the atmosphere of my track, but I am not known for making long tracks most of the time. I am more of a short composer, thankyou for your review my friend i'm looking forward to see your music :)

A Beautiful Piece

this is a beautiful piece of work you have here, and i've seen some of your reviews and review responces. You seem like a very honorable person, I admire your talents, keep up the good work.

Thoughts through the song...

Ok its starting.. Wow i really like that beggining metal/techno sound, adds an amazing effect.. that Synth pad goes very very well with those drums.

Very Nice Bass, i like it alot, and the Violin (i thinks its violin, maybe chello..) fits very nicely into the song.

i just noticed some twinkly effects that go along with the metal/techno sound, i like that alot, good job here.

Aww, it ended to soon my friend, make a longer version :)! also for the ending, i think that the fadeout should be longer, it seems a little to abrupt, good job overall 10/10, 5/5!

Thanks for your vote, CjienX! You voted 5 for -World of Cold Metal-, raising its score from 3.83 to 4.00.

quickshot-x responds:

It's a chello, the twinkly affects were actually glitches I couldn't get rid of, and sorry for how short it was. I don't have much time to use the computer anymore, due to homework. Thankyou for your review sir, I really appreciate it. :)
