Has a bit of an Elder Scrolls meets Zelda feel to it.
Just thought I'd leave this here.
Recorded harp, drum and tambourine, and sequenced the rest. There was quite a bit of nervousness in this recording because of the fact that this would be the first time I did anything actually OF the medieval period, as opposed to simply borrowing influences from it.
This was done as a score for a short film by Wondermeow, a film which was meant to be a part of a Construct 3 game. Unfortunately, the programmer did not deliver and there was no game. There was animation, voice, sound and particularly, in this case, music.
Has a bit of an Elder Scrolls meets Zelda feel to it.
Not gonna lie, I want to remake this because I want the drums and everything else to be a great deal more powerful.
really good only if it had a strong drum in the background and if it where a bit longer.
I agree with you on the points you brought up; couldn't do much about length because I was going by how long the animation was.
There's a new short film score along these lines in the works -- hopefully, with a much stronger drum! <3
Good job! It sounds like a song from a Video Game Trailer!
It kinda was part of a scrapped video game trailer, if anything.
Will work on projects again keep up the great work and if you didn't know we scored second place.
Kind regards,
Wondermeow
Well done! :D And thank you!
Aaaw so lovely ;_;
i see green hills and a castle far away ...
(it's not important at all but i noticed a little unwanted clappy sound at the end, just pointing that out so next time you will cut something like that out as it probably wasn't intended to be there :3
but it's a secret, shh! it's perfect!)
