They're a Dark Rock/Gothic Metal band... Sorry about the low rating, but I honestly can't tell. I wonder who's taking from who. And where this instrumental is originally from.

Okay I see now. First of all this is by no means a 80s punk sound. And second of all. This must be a stock instrumental or riff taken from somewhere. Incredibly lazy if true. I don't understand what the odds are to make such a duplicate since I am not in the music making business... But wow...

The date of the Vlad in Tears song is 2020, your upload is from 2017. It's got to be even older than that then! If there however is no source, this is an insane coincidence.
