Listening to this, I was waiting for the song to start, because what's here sounds like a very atmospheric and creepy intro to a song/album.
Of course, it ended without that song coming.
So really, what you have here is a creepy intro to something, with some well-placed piano and a beat. The beat is wierd enough to be creepy, but it doesn't really work out for the whole song because it lacks consistency and more importantly, a hook that will stay in my head after I'm done listening.
I can't say if this is how you intended for this to come out, but I'll have to assume so. In that case, you've got a nice piece here that is creepy enough, but is really lacking some depth.
This is your first submission, is this the first thing you've really tried to make? Just wondering, but either way, keep it up. I look forward to a more song-like song from you.
